Communities we're building
What the community says
We handed them a Discord that had grown way past what our setup could handle and got back something my staff can actually run. Roles, onboarding, and the ticket system all rebuilt around how we really operate. The handoff docs meant I wasn't the only person who understood our own server anymore.
We booked an audit before a big growth push and it caught permission overlaps I had no idea existed. Chris walked our whole mod team through the report instead of emailing a PDF and disappearing. We went in expecting a checklist and came out actually understanding our server.
Our server was spiking hard during peak hours and I couldn't work out why. They profiled it, found two resources eating far more than they should, and rewrote the hot paths. Frame times are night and day now. They clearly knew exactly what they were looking at.
RedM help is genuinely hard to find, most devs only touch FiveM. Digital Den already knew the platform quirks and got our server-side resources stable without me having to explain anything. First time I haven't had to teach the person I hired.
They built our studio site end to end and it's fast, clean, and does exactly what we spec'd, plus a few ideas we hadn't thought of. Deployment was handled for us and we got a proper handoff, not a zip file and good luck. Easiest web project I've run.
We commissioned a custom bot on a tight deadline for a live event and they delivered ahead of schedule. When a small bug surfaced mid-event, Chris was in our DMs fixing it within the hour. That kind of support is almost impossible to find.
